There has been a low-voltage issue in our house for the past three days. The electrician checked and reported that the neutral line is cut at the electric lamp pole itself (neutral is not connected). Accordingly, a complaint was lodged with the JE, Villianur, and the matter was discussed with the lineman. However, the work has not yet been carried out.
We currently have no power supply at home, and appliances such as the refrigerator and mixer cannot be used. It is therefore requested that the issue be rectified at the earliest possible time.

எங்கள் வீட்டில் கடந்த மூன்று நாட்களாக குறைந்த மின்னழுத்தப் பிரச்சனை உள்ளது. Local Electrician பரிசோதித்து, மின் விளக்கு கம்பத்தில் நியூட்ரல் இணைப்பு துண்டிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது (நியூட்ரல் இணைப்பு இல்லை) என்று தெரிவித்தார். இதற்காக வில்லியனூர் துணை பொறியாளரிடம் புகார் அளிக்கப்பட்டு, லைன்மேனுடன் பேசப்பட்டது. ஆனால் இதுவரை பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படவில்லை.
தற்போது வீட்டில் மின்சாரம் இல்லை. குளிர்சாதன பெட்டி, மிக்சர் போன்ற மின்சாதனங்களை பயன்படுத்த முடியவில்லை. எனவே, இந்த பிரச்சனையை உடனடியாக சரிசெய்யுமாறு அன்புடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.
