Dear Sir / Madam,
Regarding my consumer numbers: 0952060650NA and 0952060650NB
I RAYAPPAN ANTHUVAN would like to bring to your kind attention an issue regarding my electricity consumer accounts I am unable to add the consumer numbers to my newly created online account as they are currently linked to an existing online account created by my former tenant for bill payment purposes.
The tenant no longer resides at my property and I do not have any contact with them Therefore I am unable to request the removal of these consumer numbers from their account I kindly request you to deactivate or unlink the existing online account associated with the above mentioned consumer numbers so that I may add them to my account and manage the bill payments directly I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter Please let me know if any further documents or identification are required from my side .
