I have been calling helpline toll free no 18004251912 to report power outage, they pick the phone but speaking among themselves.. i could hear them talking and after a min, they disconnect the call... the helpline really sucks.. I had to wait for 20mins in the queue before connecting to an agent and they simply hang up.. if you can't provide proper support, you should have not launched 24/7 helpline.. it's really frustrating as a consumer when you need to report a power outage at midnight and no one is bothered to respond.. we are suffering here without electricity for more than 2hrs and couldn't report/contact anyone.. this is the kind of service the EB is providing to their consumers.. callous and pathetic..
