I have been experiencing frequent power cuts in my house.. we have no electricity for whole night at least 3 days a week.. worst thing is we can't get any support.. the emergency helpline is not helpful at all.. they always say the same thing.. cable fault, will be addressed in the morning but this is going on for months... I have try raising complaints thru all channels but not a single person helped with this.. this is so far the worst EB service... our children are suffering because of your negligence... I really hope they privatize EB so we can get proper support during emergencies....
