NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51-A of the Indian Electricity Act, 1910 (Central Act IX of 1910), read with sections 21 and 49 of the Electricity (Supply) Act. 1948 (54 of 1948) and the Notification No.F-2/3/66-UTL, dated 10-6-1966 of the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, the Administrator, Pondicherry is pleased to notify the following terms and conditions of power supply in the Union Territory of Pondicherry in supersession of the Notification dated 10-4-1961 published in Gazette No.31, dated 1-8-1961.

The Order comes into effect from 1st May 1993.
