Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to bring to your kind attention that the electricity bill dated 21-01-2026 shows an unusually high consumption of 299 units!

Further, it is noticed that both the previous reading and the current reading in the bill are shown as the same (48907), which appears to be incorrect.

For the past two months, we have not been using high-consumption appliances such as the air conditioner or electric stove. Normally, when these appliances are not used, our electricity consumption remains around 200 units only.

Therefore, I request you to kindly verify the meter reading and inspect the digital meter, as this issue has occurred for the first time, especially after the installation of the digital meter recently.

I humbly request you to look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
