My Single phase power meter burned on 27 Apr 2026, on 28 April written complaint filed with O/o JE, Gorimedu EB office and the JE was kind enough to prepare estimate for New meter and Rs.1663 was remitted on 29April vide receipt no RL26540002436 and the new meter was ready with JE office on 29April. However the concern line support EB staff has still not come as of now its 4.30p.m 30 April to fix the new meter.
Tomorrow being May day followed by week end I fear the line man may not turn up to fix the new meter.

Request your good self to kindly assist and help me to fix the new meter.

As Iam senior citizen in fact visited your JE office on person twice in person to expedite the work, regret to note the work is not completed.
