On May 2025 , We received our electricity bill for an amount of Rs.3957 . We paid the bill before the due date for the May month.

We would like to bring to your notice that we already paid the electricity bill for March 2025 month physically and April 2025 month using online amazon app.

As the amount are paid correctly for march and April month , please provide me the reason for generating the bill amount as 3957 during May month.

We highly request you to provide the reason for large amount bill generation for the May month.

Failing to do so , we are planning to lodge consumer complaint in court against this irrationalized amount of electricity bill thrown on our face.

Please provide the complete breakup details for this May 2025 month bill generation.
