With respect and correspondence to previously sent grievance web case number 31
I was contacted by JE Mr. Rajadurai last week Wednesday and was assured no such rude behavior would be faced in forthcoming days
And upon him giving word and assurance that lineman won't enter home and speak harshly and unruly manner anymore
I'm deescalating this issue and would like to withdraw the previous grievance mail
I would once again would like to show my gratitude to JE Mr. Rajadurai for his timely intervention and quick resolution
I hope no further harsh unruly behavior be faced in future from lineman
