Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your kind attention that in our house, one phase is not receiving power in our 3-phase connection. Additionally, there is a spark in the electric post connection wire (lamp post) linked to our home supply.

Also, a tree branch has fallen on the electric wire in our street, which may cause damage or short circuit.

Hence, I kindly request you to take necessary action and rectify the issues at the earliest.
