I am writing to inform you that one phase of my three-phase electricity supply is currently not working. We have observed that some of our electrical equipment connected to this phase has stopped functioning, while the other two phases appear to be normal.

After checking our main electrical panel and breakers, everything seems in order on our side. Therefore, it appears that the problem may come from the power supply network.

Kindly arrange for an inspection and restoration of the missing phase as soon as possible. Please confirm when a technician can visit the site to check and resolve this issue.
