I respectfully request a review and rectification of my electricity bill of ₹1,89,499 for the period 2014–2025. The amount is inconsistent with my actual consumption (50–120 units/month) and appears to have resulted from a malfunctioning energy meter between 2014 and 2018, which caused incorrect and inflated readings. Due to this error, excess units (11,561) and unjustified charges, including BPSC, were added. After the faulty meter was replaced, my consumption has remained below 100 units, confirming earlier errors. I kindly request correction of the bill by removing excess units and charges, and I assure my willingness to pay the correctly revised amount.
