Respected Sir,

Sub:- Temporary disconnection of Power supply.

Ref:- 1. Consumer Reference Code:- 09-49-01-0207, Policy No. 71877

2. Letter Dt. 03-06-2025 & 23-06-2025 to EE - Urban.

3. Letter Dt. 25-06-2025 & 02-07-2025 to The Assistant Engineer - O & M, Mudaliarpet Division.

4. Letter Dt. 13-06-2025 to Junior Engineer, (Mudaliarpet O & M)

With references to the above cited, it is humbly submitted that I am residing at the above mentioned address and I own a house at 32, G-Block, Housing Board Quarters, Thiyaghu Mudaliar Nagar, Mudaliarpet, Puducherry - 605004, vide Doc. No. 3693/2019, registered before the office of the District Registrar, Puducherry. The said house is bearing the electricity connection as cited in Reference No.1. My house was rented to third party, he vacated the house and hence to renovate the house, I requested for disconnection of power supply from the Electricity Department as references cited above.

 Temporary disconnection of power supply was requested by me vide Letter Dt. 03-06-2025 above cited No.2 to the Executive Engineer, Electricity Department, Puducherry.
 Consequently the arrear bill amount of Rs. 3641.00 was claimed from me by the office of the junior engineer, Mudaliarpet, the same was remitted by me through online and was informed to JE vide Letter Dt. 13-06-2025 above cited at No.4.
 A letter Dt. 23-06-2025 was submitted to the Executive Engineer regarding arrears paid and further not to raise any bill claims. The same was also informed to the Assistant Engineer and the Junior Engineer.
 Since no action for disconnection of supply was taken by the electricity department a letter of representation Dt. 25-06-2025 above cited No.3 was submitted to the Assistant Engineer enclosed with house document and tax bill.
 As requested by the Assistant engineer for want of parental document the same was submitted before him vide Letter Dt. 02-07-2025 cited at No.3.
 Since the electricity department had not taken any steps to disconnect the supply in time, I had been put in to losses and trouble. Further I came to know that some forbidable rival claims seems to have been arisen out of unwarranted papers submitted before this forum and this forum had numbered the case which is void ab initio.
 In existence of an order of separation/divorce from the Family court, Puducherry my ex-husband Venkatesan had attempted to take possession of my house for which criminal complaint had already been given by me against him. The electricity department had buttressed his entry and falsely assumed that he is the occupant and the assumption amounts to contempt of court.
 Apart from that many manipulated, forged un reliable documents were produced by him and others which are all not valid and needs to be thrown out away from adjudication.
 Myself being the real owner as per credential documents submitted before the electricity department and this forum has no prima facie to number the consumer case or adjudicate the same against me/a real absolute owner.
 The consumer case numbered before this Forum in respect of my property is illegal. Parties who had been separated by way of court order claims to be the occupant of my house which does not cover under the definition of consumer.
 Any order passed against me by the CGRF amounts to contempt of court for which proper speedy action will be taken by me under due process of law as against this Forum.
Hence, I humbly pray before this Hon'ble Consumer Forum may be pleased to

a) Dismiss the anonymous complaint/consumer case at the limine litis itself given by third parties to refrain from disconnection of power supply of my house.

b) Pass suitable orders to immediately disconnect my house electrical connection which shall enable me to renovate my house at the earliest so as to avoid any further damages/losses to me.

c) On failure to disconnection immediately may further pass orders as against the Electricity department to pay a sum of Rs.7000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Only) per month payable by the Electricity department to me towards the losses/damages occurred to me from 15-06-2025 retrospectively.

d) Pass further orders to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh Only) as compensation payable to me by the third parties who had given anonymous complaint towards the disconnection of supply for my absolute registered house property.
