Urgent Complaint: Damage to house entrance path by EB workers & Request for immediate restoration

I am a resident of the above-mentioned address and a senior citizen (80 years old). I am writing to bring to your immediate attention the negligent behavior of the EB staff who visited recently to work on a nearby property.

Damage Caused: In the process of fixing a connection for a neighboring house, the electricity department staff broke my house entrance path/ramp.
Current Condition: The area has been left as a hazardous pit filled with loose stones, sand, and rubble. As an 80-year-old woman, I am now unable to safely walk over this area. It poses a severe risk of falling and injury, effectively trapping me in my own home.
Repeated Issues & Cost: This is not the first time this has happened. Due to frequent repairs done for a nearby high-profile residence, my entrance has been broken and repaired over 10 times previously. Every time, I have had to spend my own time and money to fix it.
No Action Taken: Despite verbal requests to the workers on-site and to the local officer, no action has been taken to repair the damage. The site has been left in a pathetic condition.

I request you to inspect the site immediately and have the path restored to its original condition at the expense of the department. As I am unable to walk over the debris, I expect a prompt and responsible action within [mention 3-5 days]
